Who doesn’t love Summer? Good friends enjoying some sun, fun and around here – barbeque. And while there’s a raging battle in Texas as to whether barbeque requires sauce, we always have some bottles on hand for those who prefer to drench their ribs in some of the best sauces we’ve found. And there’s no doubt that one of the most requested around here is an Austin local, Stubbs BBQ Sauce. 
But for those of us with food allergies, sauces and condiments can be tricky, often dangerous options if you’re not careful to read the ingredients. When we first switched to a gluten-free diet, Stubbs wasn’t listed as gluten-free, so we called their company headquarters to find out that they were in fact free of gluten ingredients, but were not certified gluten-free at the time.
