The Family
These guys are my life inspiration! They’re the reason I powered through some pretty powerful health struggles, and came out the brighter side. They have endless love and patience for me and my journey, and the little one inherited my food allergies, so he is also gluten and dairy free. They tireless taste test recipes and products, and many of the recipes you see here are my husband’s creations. Our son is my Chief Inspiration and makes sure I remember why we’re doing this – so that other people like us can live happy, healthy and delicious allergy-free lives. The hubs is my Chief Chef and cooks much of what y’all comment that you love.
Love these guys!
I’m Jen, and this is my blog! I’m gluten, grain and dairy allergic (among some others) and have an Auto-Immune condition that’s triggered by stress and food allergies. I’m also raising a food-sensitive kid. I love to write and am obsessed with keeping our bellies happy with yummy, allergy-free foods. I created Inspiredeats as a destination to help everyone on a similar journey as me (or who loves someone who is!). I love to explore new allergy-free products, review restaurants that are allergy-free friendly, share our fave recipes, and just generally share helpful tips on how to live allergy-free.
If you’d like to join our growing team of Contributors, please email us with your ideas for a monthly column. We can’t promise it will be a good fit, but we’ll be thrilled to hear from you!
